Beaucoup plus means a lot more and that is what our custom events offer. Are you looking for a little something extra? Did you dream up an idea for a perfect event but don’t see it on our site? Or do you want to combine several of our standard events together? If so we recommend our Beaucoup Plus. This program will allow you to create your own custom in person event or custom virtual event.

Menu/Experience:

We never know what clients will want to make their event extra special. Here are a few examples of things we’ve done for customers

incorporating live crawfish races, a musician & a stand up comedian
emcee your awards ceremony and include all the Louisiana fun
create a blues and bbq virtual culinary event

creating a 6 session culinary series

gator wrestling (we wish LOL)
intimate crawfish boil for 10
there was that one time we pranked the attendees arriving for a conference with live crawfish and told them it was the local pet and the state gives one to each guest to take selfies with their entire visit
menu for 8 highlighting recipes from all of our favorite restaurants
have our chef join you for dinner at your favorite restaurant and chat all about New Orleans & Louisiana food and culture
travel to San Francisco, the Masters and the Superbowl to host a special event
develop a recipe for the competition at your food conference
entertain guests with ghost stories and cocktails during a cocktail party
arrange that special marriage proposal (yep we’ve done quite a few of these and the soon to be spouse or partner said YES each time)
dress in costume, dance, sing and cook (and our Bavarian clients absolutely loved that we let them show us their moves)

What's Included:

Our custom event packages start at $3000 and may incur a fee for creation that will be applied to the event as a deposit.

These are some of our most interesting cooking competitions and corporate cooking classes. You won’t find New Orleans entertainment like this just anywhere. We’ve produced episodes of a cooking show for virtual convention breaks and even worked with a DJ to get guests moving during cocktail hour. And then there was that one, “Is the pasta done and can you make it stick to the wall” competition.” Oh and don’t forget the best Mardi Gras costume competition.
