During this 60-minute virtual cooking class, Chef Amy Sins will weave cooking techniques and ingredients together to bring a New Orleans dish to life before your eyes. Worry not if you’re vegetarian, vegan, don’t eat shrimp, or just prefer chicken. This dish easily adapts and always pleases guests.
