During this 2 hr event, guests will learn about the history of Cajun & Creole cuisine and how the Sicilians transformed the term Creole cuisine. Our chef will discuss the techniques, cultures, and ingredients that make this dish special. Guests will have the opportunity to ask our chef anything! The meal is served on disposable dish ware and our chef will bring all the ingredients and cooking equipment.
