Fun with Crepes- Corporate Team Building

The French influence is strong in Louisiana and let’s celebrate it with an interactive teambuilding. Let Chef Amy show you how to make a classic French crepe. Get ready because the crepes will be flying. Guests will prepare the batter and learn how to tilt and swirl their crepe using their core of course, so it counts as exercise. Then when the confidence builds the crepe must be flipped. They’ll flip it into the air and hopefully catch it in the pan. When they catch it, we cheer. When they drop it, we cheer louder. 

Menu/Experience:

  • 30 minute session- crepes and bananas foster
  • 1 hour session- crepes, bananas foster, cocktails and ghost stories

 

In Person Events-

This program is available as an add on to other in person events such as demonstrations, cooking classes and live cooking shows.
