Get ready because the crepes will be flying. Guests will prepare the batter and learn how to tilt and swirl their crepe using their core of course, so it counts as exercise. Then when the confidence builds the crepe must be flipped. They’ll flip it into the air and hopefully catch it in the pan. When they catch it, we cheer. When they drop it, we cheer louder.
